Never heard of the show. Checked it out for Libby Lux. Love it! Really sad I could barely hear Dominic on this episode so I had to crank the volume but still loved it!

Great format. Great host. Great stories. Great music. Dom not only has great interactions with his guests but he knows how to ask a question and then shut up and let the guest tell their story. The 3 gigs concept is great and brings out awesome stories from awesome musicians, and Dom sprinkles in his perspective just enough to keep it a conversation but still keep the focus on the guests. I’m almost out of episodes and it’s breaking my heart... do yourself a favor and subscribe!

This is a fascinating podcast. I love the idea of asking an artist for their first, best, and worst gigs. It doesn't hurt that Dominic has so many incredible, talented friends from bands such as Teenage Bottlerocket, the Vandals, Bad Cop/Bad Cop, and Me First and the Gimme Gimmes, just to name a few. I've noticed that each podcast gets progressively better and Dominic's interviewing and questions improve with each show. There is a marked different from the first episode until now. If you are new to this show, definitely start with Ray Carlisle then work yourway from the beginning.

The concept for the podcast is simple and wonderful: just talk about three shows - your best, worst, and first. Lots of honesty in these stories, even at the risk of humiliating or recounting silly situations. It's punk rock folk lore and I love everything about it. Keep up the great work Dom!
