I took an Uber to this podcast so I didn’t have to worry about my alcohol consumption. And boy am I glad I did that! I ordered the mushroom frisée. It was exquisite. I’m from Manitoba, so I know a thing or two about The Canadian Museum for Human Rights, and this podcast takes the cake. It takes that cake and eats it with a delightfully ebullient mushroom frisée. Not sure how I stumbled upon this podcast, but I’m glad I did! It’s just the lighthearted fun we need right now. I’m not from Michigan, and have never heard of Joe & Suz, but it doesn’t matter. Their podcast is part of my regular rotation.
