Lack of follow through is hindering your ability to thrive. It destroys your credibility but others, but more importantly yourself.    How many times throughout the day, week, month, or year do you say or suggest something but you NEVER follow through with it?How many meetings or invites have you had where "something" come up and you never rescheduled?Once of the greatest skills  that will set you a part in today's society is to FOLLOW THORUGH WITH ACTION.  

We have become a society of enablers. One of the best ways we can help our kids and society as a whole is to let them work through adversity. Let them have situations that are hard. Situations that take a toll mentally and physically. They must learn from these experiences to understand themselves and the world around them.Parents are notorious for bailing their kids out of situations. How many times have you as a parent  came "the Rescue." If they never know what it is like to want, need, or struggle, and the persevere. They will want, need, and struggle their entire lives. 

Tanner may have been born a couple hundred years late. His passion for the outdoors and hunting is unmatched.  After many successful hunts and bear encounters, Tanner has never quit pursuing the outdoors and hunting. He takes us on adventures of hunts for bighorn sheep, deer, and elk deep in the back country of Wyoming.His stories will make you laugh, but will remind you of how brutal and touch nature can be. How man is simply a guest and the mountains and all it holds can be relentless.

Hannah has been working in education since 2012 as a High School English Teacher. It was never her vision to become a teacher, but she has been very influential to the students who have entered her classroom.In a world where our school system is not always valued, Hannah finds the bright spots that keep her driven and excelling to create the best positive learning environment for her students.  Hannah brings a little bit different perspective to the world of education that I believe should be considered. Teaching takes a special person and I am grateful people like Hannah continue to work and thrive in this career. 

There are day where we do not feel like we have achieved our goals and or visions. Where we do not feel we are good enough.Where question ourselves.We feel like we are inadequate.It is normal, but you must be REAL REAL with yourself.What can you do to combat the feeling of not feeling good enough? 

Waking up at 4am is not a flex. 4am gives an 1-2 extra hours a day with no distractions where meaningful work can be done. That is a minimum of 365 distraction free hours in a year. It doesn't really matter what time you get up or go to bed. The important thing is what you do with those hours. Regardless finding at LEAST one hour a day that is distraction free will add massive value to your day.  

Want to get paid? Want to get the promotion? Want to play in the big game? Want to be recognized?Become UNDENIABLY GOOD at what you do. Be so good, that you and/or your product are irreplaceable.

If you are not where you want to be in life, IT IS YOU FAULT. If you are killing it in life and making the best possible life for you and your family, IT IS YOUR FAULT.Regardless what side you are on, it is on YOU to make your life better and/or keep improving.

As a 21 year old playing college football, Butch was watching over inmates in a South Dakota prison including the Death Row Inmates. He spent 16 years in law enforcement in the Dallas, Texas area. While in Texas, Butch was able to surround himself like minded people including the infamous body builder Branch Warren.Butch has been on countless hunts across the United States, British Columbia and Mexico.  Including guiding hunts for kids in need.  A BIG believer in the 2nd amendment, Butch currently teaches long range shooting and pistol classes. He has a passion for educating people about the proper use of guns.Most importantly, he is a loving father and husband.
