This week my guest is Lucy Shepherd (@lucysheps); Lucy is mega inspiring and this episode is a must-listen.  As a young teen, Lucy felt like she didn't fit in before an unexpected residential course to Scotland suggested by her Dad unlocked a latent passion for adventure and fascination with expeditions.  Fast forward to today, Lucy is at the forefront of modern exploration.  From mountains,  to rainforests to the arctic - she has already achieved so much and she’s not done yet.  She is a fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and is also on the council for the Scientific Exploration Society.  Lucy drops some serious wisdom in this episode and I absolutely loved speaking with her.  I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
