In this episode we take an inside look at a successful ERG with Toni Kirk and Courtland MacQueenette. They have both been Co-Chairs of the Bell African Ancestry Networking Group, known as BELL BAANG within their organization, Bell Flight. We will discuss their success as the longest running ERG at their organization. They picked up the torch and built on the foundation set by previous ERG leaders over 16 years ago. This in depth look at their ERG will educate and motivate other ERG leaders to continue leading the mission with commitment and focus. We will talk to them about building on the strong beginnings and how they have maintained excellence for their membership as they continue to evolve and grow.
Tony and Courtland are a great example of partnership in ERG leadership and how two people can work together to effectively spearhead these important employee groups. Although, Courtland has finished his term, we brought them together so they can give valuable advice to other ERG leaders to make an impact and maintain momentum.
