Disabled people are often made spectacles of ourselves without wanting to be one. Going out in public can almost assure we will be stared at, but I want to know why? What are you staring at? Disability is not rare, or an enigma and as soon as we understand that and break down that stigma the sooner we will be able to change the narrative of what being a 21stCenturyCripple means.
