Russell needs to get a real life - wait, actually don’t. But I’m not picking Duke.

I've been listening for 1 year. This podcast does the best job I've found of actually breaking down games and matchups instead of talking about stupid news and things I don't care about. They also spend a decent amount of time on mid majors, which is appreciated. I would have given 5 stars during the first few weeks that I listened, because Russell is just fantastic. He can break down matchups to individual players and schemes and really explain why he likes certain teams or matchups. However, I learned after the first few weeks that unfortunately there is a second host. And he is, sorry to say, terrible. KBadds doesn't watch as many games. He never offers any more than 2 or 3 word analysis on any game or matchup. There are awkward silences where Russell tries to encourage Kbadds to say more and he just never does. His take on every upcoming game is always just a one word response on who he has winning with no commentary whatsoever. There is just literally no point to him being on the podcast at all and it is wasted air time. There have also been sound issues with him being too loud or too soft. So my final thought on this podcast is listen for Russell, because he is one of the best I've heard, and tolerate Kbadds and hope he stays mostly quiet. I always look forward to the episodes where he's absent.

Thus podcast has some great content for college hoops fans. It also helps you keep in the know about the world of college hoops when you've haven't kept up so well throughout the week. My only issue is with audio quality. When KBADD is on the show his audio is so much quieter than Russell. It makes it hard to listen with headphones or in my car because I'll turn the volume up to hear him and then get destroyed by Russell chiming in moments later. I'm no sound engineer, so I don't know how difficult it would be to balance the audio, but if that were done I'd consider it a solid 5/5 stars.

The fact that they can speak knowledgeably about just about any single team in division 1 is a testament to their dedication and passion. Keep it up!

This easily my favorite college basketball pod. Right up there with Eye On College Basketball. I wish Kbadd was on all the time. I like Russell equally, but one man shows are never as good as two, and I like the differing opinions... even if Kbadd has a shameless east coast bias.

The podcast is funny, insightful, and the hosts are pure delights. My personal favorite part is how you can tell Russell really regrets he went to Duke instead of UNC. He hides it well except when talking about Joel Berry. Honestly even true Duke fans can't blame him then. Would you rather root for Joel Berry or Grayson Allen? Regardless of Russell's life doubts, the podcast is a must for college basketball fans.

Won't find a more comprehensive overview of the week in college hoops. The podcast is done by a Dukie, and Im a die hard UNC fan, and I still love it.

Some might say they are the podcast equivalent of the Harrison Twins. These guys do their research, prepare and are always on point. I couldn't recommend this pod any more.

this is literally the best podcast i have ever listened to. I don't like basketball and these guys made the sport interesting to me.

Russell and KBadd clearly don't just follow box scores and big storylines-- they watch games, even following some mid-majors. A must listen for college basketball fans.
