In this episode, I review a book I have read a number of times on my own.
The book is called:
The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel Van Der Kolk, M.D.
It was recommended to me by my therapist and really helped me to understand why and what was keeping my self stuck and suffering from illnesses that caused could not be found for.
Our brains are made to help us survive, however that surviving can do damage when you are just trying to live.
I highly recommend this book if you are trying to understand your mental health and how it impacts your physical health.
