I’m giving this 5 stars simply because the host who is a Cardinals fan is incredibly talented, good looking, and smart.

Steve is better looking than Angelo, but Angelo is much stronger than Steve. Both are better in all metrics than anyone from Massenomics

I start listening to this podcast after to 2020 Arnold and it’s been amazing. Angelo really dives into to the sport of powerlifting, the world and everything that encompasses that. I have discovered so many lifters and understood so many things such as why some registration fees are the price they are. They also never stray away from controversy so it’s cool. A lot of information with a ton of laughs

I love listening to Angelo and Steve talk about the best powerlifting athletes. It’s cool to hear facts and hot takes on my sport and to hear about lifters that I actually know. Keep up the great work guys!

If you want to lift excessive amounts of weights, and be so jacked you can’t scratch your back? LISTEN TO THE POD. Angelo pasta man does a beautiful job of talking and creating a relaxing podcast. If you want max b*tches then putting on some 2wl while on your weekly grocery run is necessary

More episodes screaming at your laptop! Seriously, both guys shows passion for the sport and want the lifters to be heard. Good mix of a competitors perspective and a coach’s too.

Angelo is probably one of the best informed powerlifters and does a good amount of research on his guests to keep it fun and interesting. I like that the show has improved over time too.

I subscribe to quite a few powerlifting podcasts and I gotta say this is my favorite by far....great guests, interviews, and just overall content.

The Mountain uses steroids? Great job, keep the episodes coming!
