I’m a nurse practitioner in a community hospital ED and I love the tid bits of knowledge and EM truth I get from Martha and Mike. I’ve been an NP for 4 years with 2+ years in urgent care and have now been in the ED for a year and half. I was an ER nurse for many years before that. Martha and Mike are just as helpful in my learning and development of my skill as a practitioner as my formal schooling and the on the job learning I get from my attending doc’s. I’m loving this podcast. The hosts tackle the many varied issue facing our emergency medicine profession and practice.

Listening because I like Mike, who knows his trauma. I like the science presented. There’s a definite hint of physician paranoia on one host part. I’d drop all that and just talk about what can help us manage ER patients more common complaints and we good.🙂
