Today’s episode we are having a simple discussion on the concept of free will and determinism.

Let’s provide the definition of free will. Free will is the power of acting without the constraint of necessity or fate; the ability to act at one’s own discretion. So, the question I would like to pose...do we really have free will or is it an illusion? This discussion can go very deep so we hope to keep it as general as possible.

Determinism is a philosophical view that all events are determined completely by previously existing causes (not pre-determined).  I, Christie misspoke in this episode but I was speaking from the idea of our lives being predetermined.
