This is the podcast for you. As a man trying to grow emotionally, spiritually, and professionaly this is the podcast I've been searching for that can speak to all those things. I'v never hit that 15 second rewind button so many times in my life because Donal Bell aka "Black Buddha" is dropping gems everytime he opens his mouth. Seriously this dude must have a rolodex of proufound thoughts sitting in front of him at all times. Then there's comedian Ron G, who not only brings the funny but he's dropping some knowledge of his own. So if you want to laugh your way into a better future, this is the best place to start. As a single person this podcast is helping me to continue to work on myself with God’s help and understand men a little better before jumping into a relationship.

Just wanted to give you much respect on your podcast series. Had to play catch up but every episode thus far has delivered honest, in your face, well-grounded truths that we as men need to hear and habits we need to ensure are included in our daily thoughts/lives. I find a lot of commonalities with my younger self in what you are saying. Of course, I wouldn’t expect anything less from you and glad to see things going so well for you.
