Sad that this is coming to an end again. I will stay subscribed in case they are like Cher and have another farewell stream, or who knows a pop up episode. Like the title of this review said, it was like sitting with my sister and her best friend knowing way too much that I wanted to know and laughing about it. The one thing that I did miss this time around was Liz saying something 2 to 3 seconds after they were done talking. If anyone doesn’t know what I’m talking about you are not a true fan JK

These non-doctors helped me get through the lockdown back in the day. They’re very funny and upfront about their lack of medical knowledge rather than presenting themselves as experts like a lot of the yahoos you run into these days. I really like their show, and would like to see them succeed~

These two comics are such a joy. I’ve been listening to them almost since the beginning and they have helped open my eyes to so much. I can’t thank them enough for allowing me to travel with them down this journey. They banter and love for each other is wildly evident, and it makes me wish I had more people like them in my life. Every episode seems to help me realize more about my own life and well-being. Sometimes forcing me to face a hard truth. But it’s always in the name of helping people get better, whether that’s physically, emotionally, or even as simple as possible eating better. Do yourself a favor and find a way to as these medical novices a place in your podcast rotation, and your hearts.

I love this podcast and hope that Maria and Liz stay friends forever. They are funny on their own and together create a great model for honest sharing and support that I wish everyone could have. Their topics are relatable and their interpretations are interesting, even if they are pretty much always wrong. ;) While you may not learn much from this podcast that you couldn’t just look up yourself, if you pay attention, you may learn a lot about how people can directly communicate their feelings to each other with love and respect.

You’ll know by the intro if this show is for you! Liz and Maria balance each other so well, and these episodes delight me! I look forward to new episodes every week and never miss one. (But side note, if you’re seeing this, the episodes since Oct 5 and on have not been uploading properly on other platforms or in the RSS feed! I went hunting on Twitter to see why the sudden hiatus in episodes only to find there *are* three new episodes—they just aren’t showing up anywhere but Apple right now!)

I came across Liz on YouTube and was immediately drawn to her style and smart delivery. Began “stalking” her online to learn more, found the podcast and now I’m a fan of both women! One of my go to podcasts to both laugh and be informed about stuff I didn’t know I was interested in. Highly recommend. Of course your mileage may vary.

I’ve been a fan of this show since it came out. Haven’t missed an episode and just today realized I need to support Liz and Maria! If you are looking for an eclectic range of topics by two hilarious people then you are in for a treat!

Did not know of this podcast the YouTube video popped up when I was trying to find Liz and free subway sandwich. Ironically they discussed the free / discounted subway. I listen to this show while I’m waking my dog and it’s like I have a group of friends not the walk. It’s funny, interesting and brings up some really good topics. I’ve learned a lot about myself from listening to these two speak on anxiety and other mental health issues.

I thought your episode "The Dream Team" was really interesting. I've watched all your episodes and I have found them to been funny, interesting, informative and comforting, at times. Liz, I can relate to so many of the things you've talked about; I have had anxiety, panic attacks and insomnia for about 15 years. I have always had horrible nightmares; I know my insomnia is due to sub-consciously not wanting to sleep because I don't want to have nightmares. Thanks for making me feel a little less alone.

Listening to Liz and Maria is like the conversations you have with friends and anything and everything. Since they both are stand-up comics, there is a good deal of humor here, but they also discuss significant topics like toxic masculinity and male depression. It’s a privilege to be invited into their conversations and hear not only their perspectives, but also the banter between two best friends. They have helped me get through the pandemic.

These women are always funny and always super insightful. This podcast has completely taken over my car rides , I haven’t listen to music in my car for a month. It’s always 2 non drs !!!!!

Initially I found Liz and Maria's stand-up comedy on YouTube, and I couldn't stop laughing. Now, 2 Non Doctors is one of my favorite podcasts! From their weekly Googles where they talk about interesting or funny Google searches they did that week like "What are sprinkles made of?" or "What's up with Kevin Spacey's lips?" to their thoughtful or random conversations talking about topics like men's mental health or the life-changing invention of Maria's breakfast salads, I love listening every week. With 2 amazingly genuine people, 1 heartwarming friendship, and 0 doctors, I highly reccomend listening!

I came for the comedy, but this is more of like eavedropping on two close friends as they try to figure out things like shampoo, health issues and food choices. Also interspersed with some surprisingly deep chats on psychological dysfunction and personality traits. Sometimes informative, sometimes thought-provoking, listening in is like having a couple of smart wacky friends drop by while you make dinner.

Liz Miele and Maria Shehala are very funny and personable. I enjoy listening during my lunch break or when unwinding. These two are clearly good friends and have great banter. I like the random discussions and full admittance of their own faults and issues. This podcast is uplifting and informative when there are so many negatives in the world.

Fantastic podcast! I’m caught between wanting to save the episodes to binge but also I kind of can’t wait till the next one. So it’s a conundrum. Besides the entertainment, even when an episode title doesn’t seem relatable there’s always something that I find interesting. I actually laughed out loud at times...like for real.

This has quickly become my favorite podcast. Once discovering it I got through every available episode in two days. I can’t wait for Tuesday when I get to work and can put on a new episode. It makes whatever I’m doing enjoyable.

I was going to give it 10 mins, now I’m on my 5 episode in its entirety. Both women are funny, talk about issues and topics other people are afraid to. Watched the YouTube episodes and was fantastic. Even my cats enjoy the podcast. Keep up the good job!

Lots of witty banter that manages to provide some helpful information at the same time. As a male, very interesting to hear completely unvarnished take on interactions between the sexes. Absolutely worth trying four or five episodes ( really, the minimum before you can get the full flavor of a podcast) to see if it resonates with you.

Beyond charmed by these 2 hilarious comics. Liz Miele and Maria Shehata bring an unfiltered fearless intimacy to their banter that is absolutely infectious. So glad the YouTube algorithm and subsequent googling brought me to this new podcast. Thanks for the much needed laughter around some very interesting medical and non medical topics we can all relate to as non doctors. They each bring their own specific comic point of view and play off the other brilliantly as only real friends can do. They are an amazing comic pairing and a real joy to listen to.
