I love this podcast and the hosts for their honesty and clear cut straightforwardness. I’m a white person and very much appreciate the call outs of whites because, let’s be honest, most whites are in fact not ok. I just listened to the fatphobia episode and gained a lot of good perspectives that I hadn’t yet seen. I especially liked the points made that body positivity was co-opted by “size 12 white women” from black women and the idea of “thin privilege”. These are concepts I haven’t given much thought to and plan to look further into. After every episode, I have new perspectives that I need to explore more as a direct result of the points they bring up, which I love! Highly recommend giving them a listen!

I can say that I’m not the most WOKE person in the world but they talk about meaningful issues in the world but you also get a comedic laugh in. They get personal into their lives but you can tell how educated and informed they are on topics they speak on. They say what comes to mind and they mean it. Have a drink and just enjoy the ride!
