I have had this a couple of times this week

Plenty of excuses lined about to help me justify no doing something or doing something that's not beneficial to the cause.

Whether its the battle with my warm bed versus the cold garden workout that I had this morning

Or the urge to give in to the persistence of a 6 yr old

We all have them, it's important when we do to think bigger picture.
