In this first part of the 3 part series on how to reach our goals, I talk about getting clear why we want to reach our goal in first place. Behind every goal there is an emotion that is driving it. The sooner we get clear on what that emotion is for us, the faster we can allow ourselves to experience it already now instead of waiting for the goal to manifest first.
The second step is then to extend our identity to be that person who experiences that emotion. I share a simple practice how to do that every day.
