004. How to be more intentional and feel more in control of our days

It takes a lot of courage to go after what we want in life. Fear, imposter syndrome and self-doubt will show up and will want to keep us from moving forward. That's why most of us never even dare to start or we give up whenever we encounter obstacles on our way. This podcast is aimed to remind and inspire us to dare to dream, to trust our calling and to put ourselves out there, even when things get hard. Because every step, no matter how big or small, will give us new insights, new learnings and will lead to expansion and growth. And expansion and growth is our ultimate purpose in life as humans.
