Taking a look at the progress you've made so far can make the goals you have now not seem so intimidating. Making a goals list can also help you organize your wants and ideas. Not drinking is the first thing on the top of my goals list... which in turn will make accomplishing those goals much easier.

Always have something to look forward to, whatever it may be. This will help yourself keep a positive mind set.

For Dry January preparation, I give some pointers on how to make the month of sobriety easier and how to spend your time wisely.

Tips, Tricks and WTF is this?!

Tip #5: Don't keep alcohol in the house... out of sight, out of mind.... hopefully. This is useful for sobriety in general but for Dry January make sure all the alcohol is gone, drank or disposed of before the 1st!
