Been listening to the pod for months and the Epstein scandal was frequently discussed. But since the most recent release of files- notably including mention of Harvey and TMZ- they have been completely silent. Harvey previously did not mince his words about his thoughts on the Trump DOJ hiding the files. Mark has spoken about the newest file drop on his own podcast but not here. The silence is notable and disappointing.

I really like this podcast, and I listen to several TMZ podcasts religiously; however this one is just too obnoxiously loud… and the interrupting is really frustrating. I admire both of you a lot but have balanced amount of banter vs. real conversation.

Likely to no one’s surprise, in an episode discussing someone from the left and a journalist, Harvey goes completely off the rails and shows how big of a tribal hack he is. Mark: “There’s no protection under federal law for sources“. Harvey: crickets. Just embarrassing.

I love Mark as a balanced, reasonable and well-informed person, but I am going to to stop listening after today because Harvey is SO one-sided that he can’t help but attack Mark every time he brings up a reasonable counterpoint. This might work if Mark just took the opposing viewpoint, but it’s not entertaining when only one side presents a balanced opinion. This podcast is starting to look an awful lot like American society in general, and that’s not a good thing.

Sorry Mr Geragos but I did try, multiple times. Harvey would not be where he is today if he were not, at some point, an intelligent man. That being said, I am not sure what has decayed his mind more, old age or progressivism. While I love a good discussion/argument, listening to him reminds of the scene from “Airplane” where everyone that sits next to Ted Striker tries to kill themselves. That is me listening to this podcast. Back to being a BARD only guy.

Before Blake ( I like to lie a lot) Lively coverage TMZ was all I ever watched for celebrity news since high school. and I thought with Harvey’s law degree, he showed more discernment when sharing information. Now I see they just pick aside and run with that narrative without fact checking anything it’s really disappointing..

As usual it was a good episode today (11/1/25) but it would have been better if Harvey knew what he was talking about. Mike Johnson doesn't have to do anything. The House has already passed most of this year's budget bills. The House just needed a few more weeks to finish the job. So, the House passed a Continuing Resolution to keep the government open so they could finish the budget. The CR was the same as have been approved by the Democrats many times. The CR then went to the Senate. The Senate has held at least 12 votes to approve the CR but all have failed because the Democrats want to blackmail the Republicans into changing the spending bill that was approved earlier this year. The Republicans have made it clear that they are willing to negotiate if the Democrats will just reopen the government by approving the CR. Only Senator Fetterman and a couple of other Senate Democrats have voted for CR. The government could reopen if just a few more Democratic Senators would vote for the CR.

I like this show a lot. I like that Mark and Harvey have different styles and come from different career paths as lawyers. Rock On Guys!☮️♥️

I loved both of these guys. Begging of People’s Court and I have followed Mark forever. He is so laid back and laughs at ridiculous arguments.

Disgusted by how Geragos is pro Diddy and didn’t even acknowledge all his sick abusive behavior. People need to stop clutching their pearls?? Yeah no, Geragos needs to grow a conscience and Levin a spine.

Just to say, I completely disagree that POTUS was thinking of LA fires from this year when he said “a little while ago” - he’s thinking either Watts or Rodney King. That was a little while ago per his experience. Plus, POTUS isn’t a reliable narrator.

It should be called two cranky old men. But either way I love this podcast I hope it stays on forever. It’s awesome!

Listened to an episode early on and it was really interesting and informative. Lately it is too political. I’m at the point of tuning out any of the podcasts that are into political bashing on either side. The negativity is too toxic and people are over it. I’m very disappointed that this is going to be one of those podcasts as well.

It happened in the Murdaugh trial also, Mark. A lady named Brandy Churchwell made a chart of the timeline that was used in court by the prosecution and helped secure his conviction. Love the show, gents!

I’d enjoy the short better were it not for Harvey’s TDS. I’ll give it a few more trys. In the meantime I get a healthy dose of Mark on his BARD pod.

Harvey needs to get back on his TDS meds!! “Trump is going to take over the world, he will ignore the courts, he’ll never leave office!“. In 2008 conservatives swore Obama was going to declare martial law and never leave office. Never happened!! I love Harvey Levin and Mark Geragos! Harvey always has the right opinion on pretty much everything, and Mark Geragos is very insightful and I love that he is the Menendez Brothers lawyer, he genuinely seems to care.

The host is wrong about 75% of the things she says. Her theories are dumb. I basically listen for the cohosts, but I still think, “Why am I listening to this?” every time I turn it on. I’m officially done. Oh, and constantly calling Travis “father” is super creepy.

I love the host’s unapologetic passion for TS. It never fails to entertain me.

I was all in for this but Melanie is just mean to her cohost. Maybe it’s a bit, but it’s exhausting to listen to.

I love this podcast, I disagree about making excuses for bad behavior. Travis shoving and screaming at his coach is indefensible. All players should respect their coaches and not shove and scream at them when things don’t go their way. I’ve been around abusive people and this is a big red flag. It shows he can’t control his temper. He could be love bombing Tay and doing everything perfect for now.

I’ve always loved the TMZ pods that Melanie was on. I always thought… “I don’t know how it gets better than this” (TS) and then we get this amazing podcast!!!

Love this show and can’t wait to learn more about Taylor. Future, past and present. Would also love for you girls to discuss songs and guess who they were written for. Think that would be a fun segment to add. Thanks and best of luck on the new podcast
