I really like this so far
I've only listened to a couple episodes but it's very interesting & I think I'll like the variety of interviews. I'm WAY overweight & too sedentary... I'm now tracking calories w/ the Lose It app & adopting (slow, small steps!) healthier habits.

Not only is the podcast a very easy listen - the speakers are friendly and casual- but their advice is extremely helpful and practical for everyday life! You don't have to be a fitness professional or body builder to understand these basic tips and make simple changes to live a healthier life. I highly recommend this series for the normal person who wants to get and stay fit.
