Lin's story is nothing short of amazing. She came to the United States for college in 2014, graduated within 2 years, and then started Yishi Foods in Chicago in 2019.
Yishi means "ritual" in Chinese. It is a purpose-driven hot cereal brand inspired by delicious Asian flavors and "food as medicine" wisdom.
Besides being a proud full-time entrepreneur, she's also an MBA student at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, grinding through homework on Sunday nights. Proud to be a C200 Woman in Business Award Winner from Booth.
Prior to MBA, she worked at the Boston Consulting Group and helped Fortune 500 companies develop strategic initiatives in organization design and M&A.
