What exactly is 'Baozza?' 'It's pizza with a difference.' It blends a cheesy gooey wonderful pizza filled bao with a Chinese bun known as a 'bao.' Before launching Baozza, Alex and Loren met in China and worked together. They recently debuted in Sprouts and are attempting to take over the frozen wonderful food aisle in the United States.
