Curtis Strange
This week on '15 Minutes of Fame' we visit with a 2023 North Carolina Sports Hall of Famer, Curtis Strange. Curtis played his college golf at Wake Forest where Golf Digest ranked him as the number two and number three golfer nationally in back-to-back years helped the Demon Deacons to an NCAA Championship and finished in the top-5 in 21 of his collegiate events. After turning pro, Strange, won 21-times on the PGA Tour including back-to-back US Open Championships in 1988 and 1989. Donnell Woolford
This week on 15 Minutes of Fame we visit with 2021 North Carolina Sports Hall of Famer, Donnell Woolford. Donnell, a graduate of Douglas Byrd High School in Fayetteville went on to play his college football at Clemson where he was a two-time All-America selection and was voted as one of the best Tigers of the 20th century. Following his time in college he was drafted in the first round of the 1989 NFL Draft by the Chicago Bears and went on to enjoy an storied professional career that saw him reach the Pro Bowl in 1993 and also allowed him to play for the Pittsburgh Steelers and finish his career at home in North Carolina with the Panthers. Hope you enjoy our conversation this week with Donnell Woolford.Please remember to rate, review and subscribe to the podcast.Thank you for your support of the North Carolina Sports Hall of Fame!

Randy Denton

Jerry Tolley

Mac Morris

Roman Gabriel

Paul Miller
This week on 15 Minutes of Fame we visit with 2019 North Carolina Sports Hall of Famer, Paul Miller. Paul, had a very successful career as a football player and later as a baseball coach at North Carolina.
