Was excited at the concept of a 13 week podcast to better understand the travel nursing industry , but I was totally put off by this dudes obvious lack of knowledge combined with his pompous “entertainer” attitude. In researching this area, I’ve heard a lot of negativity about recruiters from nurses who have had bad experiences but this guy really puts a voice to the jerk off character who is in it for a cash grab. Quit talking about football, start talking about nursing. Your boss sounds uncomfortable and your ego is entirely in the way of any content. By the time you started talking about smoking cigarettes in the parking lot, (like our nurses aren’t busy enough without your coughing old body), I had to tap out. Kinda set yourself up to look like a fool by 1) not editing out your breaks/side convos with the girl, and then picking up as if you didn’t do anything? Confusing. And 2) ONLY PUTTING OUT 2 episodes FOR A 13 week podcast 😂 can’t give ya 0 stars 🤷🏼‍♀️
