Super helpful
I first found this podcast through YouTube, and I feel like I’ve learned so much about myself, family, friends and former partners. I wish I would’ve learned these lessons years earlier. Thanks for sharing this.

Glad I found this
I stumbled upon this Podcast on YouTube and I found that the tone and the valid points in the conversation brought me a great deal of comfort during my extreme sadness. Happy I found it during my break up… I wish I could have had this knowledge during the relationship

Post Break Up
Podcast #67 - This is the first episode I’ve listened to of TWR. I’ve listen to a lot of podcasts on relationship advice/guidance, but this episode blew my mind. Comparing a break up to fighting an addiction gave me so much perspective as I navigate mourning the loss of the love I have for my partner and my journey to my new life without him. I love their chemistry, especially when they role-play. Their sarcasm and humor is definitely my love language!

Response to Butchers and Liars part one and two
I stumbled upon The 12 Week Relationship Podcast with Pye Jirsa and Dr. Glenn Hong while searching for clarity about some of the public statements Jordan Peterson had made in regards to gender.
Without knowing anything about the hosts, I was pleasantly surprised at their ability to disagree, and still validate each other’s points of view.
When it comes to the modern day admiration for people like Jordan Peterson who just “say it like it is,” I do not believe that being fearless of ridicule makes his words worthy of a platform. Equating terms like “LatinX” to “intersectionality” is a false equivalence that serves to signal to like minded listeners that attempts to understand and create words for new ideas is a bogus liberal agenda. This isn’t brave or admirable. I am now curious if a growing number of JP’s followers are similarly infatuated with the way he says things regardless of what he is actually saying. I wouldn’t advise, admiring someone without first understanding the words that are coming out of their mouth.

The toilet humor is annoying
I like the intent of their content but the back and forth side smashing and teasing eachother is annoying. They also often use toilet humor that reminds me of a 12 year old boy .. literally they were going around and around with a burp and fart analogy.
Just stick to being professional. You have valuable perspectives but you are ruining your professional brand.

Delightful surprise
Stumbled upon the Instagram account today, and I immediately fell down the best rabbit hole of healing in relationships. Sharing with my friends!!

12 Weeks online coaching program; Crystal Clarity
I have joined this program myself and I can say that from my experience this program has been working so well. This is not your regular therapy session. It has more to it. They don’t just listen, they also guide you throughout the process of defining who you are without judgement and what you need which will carried over to life in so many ways. I can’t thank enough to both Dr. Glen and Pye from personal level for your guidance, knowledge, and sense of humor that made this whole experience is unforgettable for me. It is worth every penny! Love you guys!

Tik tok dating advice
Absolutely loved that episode! Please make more! It really shows how insecure people get on the internet to give terrible advice to those who want something genuine. Thanks for sharing!

Life Changing
The podcast, the sessions and all of the great information on the newsletter has changed my life. I cannot recommend this program enough!!
😀❤️🙏
They missed the mark
I was so excited to find them until I had the misfortune of waiting through what I thought would be a podcast about agreeing to disagree, but ended up being a thinly veiled rant against religious people. From what pedestal? Ironically one against absolutism. Rename the podcast”two very open minded people just want religious people to stop being religious”. An example is that many times something along the lines of this was said, “Please just admit that you don’t actually know if what you believe in is true but that it helps you”. No my friends, apart from the expired caveman instincts that you implied are the reason for religion in the first place, many if not most religious people have had a conversion based on an experience that logic would behold them to say with absolute certainty that God is amongst them. What distinguishes a person with a religion from a person with a hypothesis is that they are not wondering if they are right. If my hands were not busy running an experiment I would have switched. But I came to have a rant of my own that as a scientist surrounded by top tier MD Phds in the country who are also deeply Catholic, I came to your podcast to learn something new but instead had to sit through another throw up of historically basic arguments against myself, colleagues and family as if half our brains were lost in the progress of evolution simply because we do not believe in your disbelief.

Masterclass
The 12 week relationship masterclass is excellent!! For anyone wanting to understand more about relationships and the dynamics, this is the one. This was my second time to attend, but what I learned the first time became more clear and concrete. I realized I had been implementing the core values, bringing understanding to my own relationships. That high school ‘friendship’ was so lopsided it was not sustainable (toxic), same with a so called romantic relationship with no desire to reciprocate.
I got far more than the cost of any time I spent. No pressure to sign up for the 12 week course either!!! I HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Sad turn to a previously good show
I loved your take on relationship help up until the most recent episode supporting any aspect of J Petersons work. I work in healthcare as an ethicist with the opportunity to see how healthcare providers and networks navigate gentler reassignment. To make generalizations based on rare occurrences and extreme views then apply them to a larger percentage than what is real is not only false, but is spreading its own (dangerous) agenda. 99.99% of providers have a program in place for counseling and time to allow responsible decisions. Even then very rarely perform gender modification on children/younger teens. Although you called out some extreme views, I am surprised you two would even have his name mentioned within your work.

Unbelievably helpful
My sister is going through a tough time with her husband and I’ve always felt a little out of my comfort zone trying to give advice on relationships and psychology as I’m not very well versed in these fields. Listening to this podcast has really opened my eyes to some of the most common and destructive qualities people have in their relationships and also has helped me see some tendencies I myself have in dealing with people too. I can’t recommend this podcast enough regardless if you are hurting in your own relationship or trying to help someone close to you who is struggling themselves. My wife and I have also found it useful in keeping our communication and tendencies in check as newly weds so that’s been super helpful.

Nailed it!! 👊
Hands down one of the best podcasts out there!! Pye and Dr. Glen know how to balance a serious topic with solid information, and giving structure, while still making it funny and entertaining.

Amazing
This podcast is incredibly interesting, intelligent, informative, the list keeps going. These guys are so smart and simple. It’s psychology for dummies (not calling anyone a dummy). They just make it that simple for people like me to understand. Completely relatable. It’s knowledge and experience just given to us. Thank you to Pye and Dr. Glen for taking from your time to chat with us.

Best Podcast Ever
This is the podcast that got me hooked on listening to podcasts. Pye and Dr. Glen such funny, down-to-earth guys who really know their stuff. I've learned so much by listening to their podcasts and signing up for their online group therapy program! I really can't recommend this podcast enough, I tell all my friends and family about it. Keep up the great work guys!

Amazing content
I have been going through and listening to all of the podcasts. Train wreck doesn’t describe my life! I am beginning to piece together my core values and rebuild my life one podcast at a time. I was in a marriage with a man who was diagnosed BPD for 35 years. It’s a miracle that I am out of it, but when he remarried less than 6 months after the divorce was final, I thought I was losing my mind. These have helped me see from a better perspective and understand that it wasn’t my fault. Keep up the great work many lives depend on it, namely mine!!

Great podcast, beginning with the very first episode
The contrast between the two of you is fascinating. Your individual perspectives end up revealing both sides of the coin about human interaction. There is nothing random about the sequences in life, your meeting one another falls under a magical experience that was meant to be.

Learning to unlearn
New to the podcast, by episode 4 I was able to understand and realize I was in toxic manipulative relationship and was able to part ways. I now am working on unlearning what I was told I was and working on myself and my trauma.
I’m on week one and reached episode #24. Meaning listen on my way to from work, in the shower, gym etc. Information is so helpful and has helped so much.
Thanks guys!

Learning
I’ve learned so much from this podcast; I’ve learned about myself in such a short time and I am very grateful for your lessons. I’ve learned about my relationship that just ended, I learned that my cheating came from my lack of self worth and I bonded quite a bit with my ex with trauma hence trauma bonding. Keep doing what you’re doing guys!

New listener
I am a new listener to this podcast and I have fallen in love with it. I would love to hear an episode perhaps including method acting on examples and how a people please may leave an abusive relationship.
The most recent divorce episode had some triggers in it for me, as it hit so close to
Home with some of those scenarios. It really resonated. Thank you for all your good work!

Fascinating and fun
Dr Glen and Pye make a great duo, I’m loving their rapport and humor as they deal with sticky topics. Their core values approach is really resonating with me, and I find myself looking forward to each new episode!

Mind blowing
Great podcast! Just realized so many things I was doing as a people pleaser to get affirmation and validation for me. Was all the things I was doing for me? Or because I genuinely wanted to help the other person without expecting anything back in return? Hard questions to ask your self but so freeing.

Unique, and super informing
It's nice to hear another view on relationships. It's an easy listen!

Unique, insightful approach
Come for the relationship insights, stay for the fascinating guests. I’m struck with each new episode by the wisdom from unexpected quarters on this podcast. You wouldn’t think to turn to a jiujitsu instructor for advice on relationships, for example, but Pye seems to find unanticipated gold in every interview.

So Valuable
I love this podcast and am so excited each time new content comes out! 12 Week Relationships is educational and thought provoking.
🙏💪😍
A Relationship Podcast I’d subscribe to
I love that both Dr. Glen and Pye help break down the problems in relationships with easy to digest psychological information that I can take into my own life. I love their banter, humility, and honesty that they both bring. Its the people that have come from a dark place and that have gotten out of it, I can relate to. And a big part of my listening in is also hearing about what other people are going through and it make me feel that I’m not alone with my own issues. I love gleaning in on the expertise that they both provide, and for them opening up my eyes to a world of sustaining all kind of relationships. Keep the podcasts coming!
