Nobu By Celebrity Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, opened its doors to the Singapore public in June 2022 at the Four Seasons Hotel.

Nobu was launched in 1994 in New York and now stretches to London, Paris, Milan, Dubai, Sydney, and Hong Kong. The restaurants are famous for combining Japanese techniques with Peruvian ingredients, which Nobu San calls Nobu Style.

Adrian Abraham speaks to Hideki Maeda, Executive Chef, Nobu Singapore about how he reacted when Nobu San asked him to head the opening team in the Lion City, how he ensures that the highest level of standards are met when it comes to hospitality and some of the must try items on the menu.
