When Ronan Keilthy dropped out of his Biology and Animal Science Degree at University in the UK to pursue bartending, his parents were nothing but supportive of his decision.

He then moved to Singapore and was appointed Head Bartender at 28 HongKong Street where he further finessed his trade before moving over to join The Compound Collective's latest project, Revival as General Manager.

Adrian Abraham speaks to Ronan about why he dropped out of University despite his passion for the subjects, how he evolved from Head Bartender to General Manager and why Singapore has such an incredible cocktail scene.
