The MICHELIN Guide marked its fifth anniversary in Singapore by launching the first-ever MICHELIN Guide Young Chef Award.

The award recognises a young chef working in a MICHELIN-starred restaurant who has exceptional talent and great potential.

Chef Mark Tai of Cloudstreet was the winner of the MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2021 Young Chef Award. 

Adrian Abraham speaks to Chef Mark about how he reacted to the news, his biggest cooking inspiration while growing up and the best bit of advice Chef Rishi has given him.
