I have been “sober” for 11 years. And, I have not done some of the deeper work behind the abuse of alcohol and other things. This is a simple, clear, straightforward podcast that truly invites us to examine ourselves deeply and honestly, so that we can have inner peace, and more joy and management in our lives.

Thankful to live in an era where this is so easily accessible.
