Your tiny task today is to help someone else reach their goal by participating in their community in a small way. Ask a neighbor or friend who takes daily walks if they ever need a walking buddy to ensure they go through with their walk as planned. Ask a small business owner if they need an accountability partner. Ask a tiny arts nonprofit if they need help with gathering items for their silent auction and drawing, hint hint. Your main objective is to get out of yourself and help someone else achieve their goal. Evaluate what works and doesn’t work so the next time you ask for help, you can do an even better job at leading your troops.

Your tiny task today is to choose a realistic achievable goal, and make a promise to yourself to see it through. Write down this promise and its due date., and if you need someone to hold you accountable, contact them right away and send them your written promise and due date. Make sure you write this in your 11-11 diary as well, on today’s date
