These are lovely. I listen to these on my commute and they help me prepare for work or home. Accessible, clear, and seemingly improvised.

It's like a study guide for the dharma exercise. I like the story of his early years in Wat Nong Paphong...hilarious.

I warmly recommend these talks (i have listened to 40+ of them) by the venerable Ajahn Sumedho. They are full of practical, down-to-earth wisdom applicable to anyone who is interested in gaining a deeper understanding of the dhamma. Listening to these reflections has really helped me deepening my insight into some key concepts and teachings of the Buddha and i am very grateful to Venerable Sumedho the Amaravati Sangha for making these available in such a convenient manner.
