Great time capsule of a once in a lifetime situation
I would love to hear more of these from more of the people involved. You could do a sports guys episode, dogpound .. even Opie … he knows radio

Great podcast for fans of that era.
Understandably targeted toward a niche audience, but for us fans of the WNEW Talk Universe, this is fantastic. So much nostalgia. Many memories brought back. And it’s great to hear people’s perspectives on those times now that it’s 20 years later. I hope Al gets more people to talk. Literally anyone from that time would be awesome to hear. Would be great if Opie agreed. Spaz. Rick Delgato. Psycho Mark. Even any management and other off air personalities would be awesome. BigAss Card Holder 1812! SeeYa!

A Homerun of a Podcast
The Al Dukes era of Ron and Fez on WNEW was some of the best radio ever. This podcast is a great rundown of an era of radio and entertainment that is long past. I can’t recommend this podcast enough. Fantastic.

A MUST LISTEN!!!
Holy Smokes, what a great idea for a show!! After Opie & Anthony were fired, WNEW-FM in New York City was in freefall. As great a hosts as Ron & Fez are, they couldn't carry an entire radio station in the biggest market in the world all by themselves. So management, in a desperate search to rekindle the O&A magic, as they say in the trade, threw everything at the wall to see what stuck: former interns from competitor's shows, ex-wrestlers, even Hall of Fame legends in the industry. The insanity would carry on through the wee hours of the morning, and the whole thing had a vibe like literally nobody was in charge. Which is because probably nobody wasn't. Now Al Dukes, a first-hand eyewitness to it all, has gathered together the veterans of Shock Jock Radio's last dying, desperate gasps and made a podcast that I guarantee you will provide for compelling listening. As soon as I heard about this, I subscribed. Now you will, too!

Interview King
I’ve weirdly followed Als career by chance . . . Stumbled on to Ron and Fez and totally on a whim, tuned into Boomer and Carton on the very first day because I hated Craig on the Jersey guys. Al was just there and it has been great to watch his career go from background player to PodCast King and now Host of the Warmup show. His Al’s Boring podcast are also, weirdly engrossing and his interviews with Radio Personalities mixed in with his friend Pauls stories are just great. No lie, I put him in the interviewer class with Howard Stern. Never really liked Howard’s shows, but his interviews are the best in the business. Great thing about Al - all of his work - producer/sidekick, podcast guy, and interviewer are awesome. So good he makes Jerry Rello appear almost human! Keep it up Al!
