Biased because I was the first guest but Sam is so fun to rib on YOURSELF with. We’re all good enough the way we are but it’s fun to admit stuff like “I’m worried about my earlobes sagging”. Anyway one thing I hate about me is that it’s 3pm and I haven’t been outside today! Xoxo Cassandra

This podcast is so insightful & validating, but still fun! I laugh, I cry, I find something new to hate about myself, & something new to love. Sam chooses great guests, everyone is so vulnerable & well-spoken. I look forward to new episodes & find myself savoring them One thing I hate about me is that I am totally invested in the treat economy & need to buy one treat for myself every stinkin day. one thing I love about me is that I listen to this amazing, funny, sweet pod. one thing I absolutely HATE about me is that every time one of my wonderful friends makes me a meal i make such a big deal about loving it, making “yum” and “mmmmmmmmmmm” sounds so often, that they think i’m being sarcastic. my friend are truly just that good at cooking but they don’t believe me.

One thing I hate about me is that every time i snuggle up in bed or on the couch with a blanket I have to say “oooohhhh I’m so cozy I’m so cozy” in a hybrid baby demon voice. Even when I am completely alone. It is sick, I am diseased

I hate how accustomed I’ve grown to a bidet since getting one! Don’t invite me over if ya don’t have one! I’m serious!

Thank you Sam for giving me a little treat to look forward to every Wednesday!!!! This podcast feels like a convo with your bffs! Made me “LOL” (laugh out loud) many times. It’s fun and silly but also thoughtful and introspective. I already can feel a shift in my worldview…..for example Sam made me consider that not getting a text back might mean you yourself are dead as opposed to the friend who didn’t answer and that’s just something I had never thought of which will now haunt me for eternity ❤️ One thing I hate about me is that I lowkey wish I got a golden ticket to Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory….despite knowing the dangers, I still want a little taste……..
