I have recently binged this podcast to offset the rigor of the news cycle. It speaks to the restaurant entrepreneurial nerd in me. As a kid I loved watching shows on how things are made & how they work. I’m intrigued by the behind the scenes stories. Russell gives lots of interesting insight & a kind hearted perspective. He has a very like able tone & cadence. The world needs more.

Really enjoy this podcast and I make it a point to listen to it. I always make sure I’m uninterrupted because the content is very good and closely related to my daily life. Mr. Ybarra always preaches and displays two things which are kindness and the importance of service.
