This is the podcast I recommend you subscribe to. Andrew is the real deal. This isn’t a bell ringing hype session. It’s solid information in all areas of real estate investing from a seasoned investor that has probably forgot more about the Chicago market than other investors know.

Andrew is very knowledgeable in this area and is investing in the local area using this strategy himself. He practices what he preaches. He really does have the investors best interest at heart.

Andrews strategic plan of 2-5-7 is truly ingenious! As a beginner investor it can be intimidating to scale a business, 2-5-7 is not only attainable but it is manageable as well. Looking forward to future episodes!!
