In this passage, Paul exhorts us believers to throw off the corrupting old self and be "renewed in the spirit of your mind." In this episode, we recognize the truth of mind renewal rather then emphasis on feelings, emotions, and experiences that some today feel is the foundation of their faith. We also take a look at this passage and our call to sanctification, recognizing only God, holy in Himself, can sanctify us and make us holy.&nbsp;

007 Hiking is a start-up women's hiking ministry but the podcast is accessible and relevant to anyone who wants to be encouraged and challenged by God’s Word. This vision began as Julie discerned the great need for women to be encouraged with the gospel of Jesus Christ and a deep love for His Word. She has seen how some large-scale women's ministries have compromised both the gospel and God's Word. In order to better prepare, Julie went back to school to earn her Masters in Christian Ministry.
