A new documentary "Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV" is a docuseries that uncovers the toxic culture behind some of the most iconic children shows of the late 1990's and early 2000's with Drake &amp; Josh star Drake Bell set to explain how he was abused by a well known dialogue coach at Nickelodeon. Other child actors have come out and warned about how they were abused with no one doing anything to stop it.
