Before we get to what the Bible says we should do with our money, we wanted to stop and take a look at some of the things the Bible says we shouldn’t do. As we said, our goal is not to get you to give more of your money to the church, instead it’s to help you put your priorities in the right order. God First, Others Second and Ourselves Third.

The Bible speaks a lot of money, because it is the number one thing that contends with our heart. The struggle is between God and money. In fact, as we celebrated communion during this service, we talked about the fact that at the table we celebrate every Sunday we see someone who chose money in this epic struggle.
