Spencer, Steve, and Shawn discuss the history of Prairie Street Brewing Co, once named Peacock Brewery, among many other names. All while enjoying a few of their new beers, mainly the Copper Feather, an Irish Red Ale.
They also talk about why they changed their name most recently, who the owners are and what beers they are making at the brewery!
