hello diy people and uh interior designers let's call ourselves interior designers today because if you're an artist you come at decorating with uh an already creative palette of ideas much easier but you're more like an interior designer than a diy trader or a builder my cats over there are going to get the gold leaf treatment very very soon we're doing that later on today for now though yesterday i painted this wall and the sconces very nice but the paint was very very thick and it was very pungent and i could only do um well up to there i'm gonna do the rest
whenever um what i'm doing is i'm doing everything i can reach on ground with my feet on the ground today and tomorrow i'll do the top bits and then the filling in or saturday or something because i'm getting out i'm going to get champagne tomorrow you need champagne after a week of doing this diy stuff um now so the the black paint which i bought an extra posh office that's the make petco um and i've used about three quarters of it in my tray which if you were watching yesterday i added a whole load of white spirit to so that it wouldn't dry up in the night the easiest way to preserve your roller so you know don't throw it away just keep it um
and then i decanted it into this is great yoga pot fantastic it's perfect perfect for uh it's got a nice stable bottom and that's the best thing about a yogurt pot um a bit like myself darling and i i decounted into theirs and but of course this foam thing you know sucked it all up so i squeezed some of it out and because yesterday's was so thick i wanted something much thinner for several reasons i wanted uh to be able to breathe better i wanted it to be much quicker without um watering it uh thinning it with the white spirit it was very very elasticy and stretchy but it took quite a long time to stretch it out um so i've started a little bit just to see if i like it and it's still wet obviously um so and it is quite drippy so you need to keep an eye on
things i added a bit more paint just now because i don't want it that drippy but i don't mind it you know i'm going to stand and watch it i'm going to watch paint dry literally today um and you you know just catch it with the with another roller so don't put it on too thick can be very thin with this actually um and it should dry much quicker as well um so what i wanted to show you was uh...
