hello darlings welcome to all clarence now i'm nursing uh a bit of a bad tummy because the excesses of yesterday's trip to the club the country club were so fabulous but also very creamy so i'm rich with cream and i had a pudding which was called the triple chocolate uh brownie with with ice cream and cream or something you know some something anyway it
sold me on triple to be honest because anything in triple is has to be a good thing in my book and it was truly the most glorious pudding i've ever had in my entire life that i can recall that's how good it was now the the main course was uh we went for the bass and tagatelli and also loads of cream integrity i could tell it's just cream cream cream and then i've finished off with uh an irish coffee because i don't feel that uh unless i've completely and utterly destroyed the lining of my stomach i've succeeded so it was absolutely one of the best meals i've ever had so that that's a skylark if you live in the vicinity it's skylark skylark uh gulf and country club and it's in the north of pharam and that that's helpful for locals obviously if you're one of my
american listeners that's going to be completely unhelpful suffice to say we can share the joy of the triple chocolate brownie dessert and i hope you're feeling pleasure from me just talking about it um so yeah really really really super um staff were super i mean the thing was it was supposed to be it was a deal that mum had got and i think it was 60 pounds per person and we were supposed to get a massage well the person who was due to do the massage was sick but mum had sort of budgeted 60 pounds ahead anyway and it pretty much came in at that but we didn't have the massage and in a way i'm not sure i like people touching me
strangers you know my days of touching strangers are well gone they really are and i i was i will admit to feeling a little bit weird about it it's different when you have a doctor or a masseuse or you know somebody who you go to regularly but a complete stranger i find that a little bit just a tad disconcerting and mom had said to me because she hates that sort of thing too i don't know why she booked a masseuse i really don't but she'd said to me well i have to take my clothes off i don't want to take my clothes off and i remember going to a masseuse in marbella i i had a holiday in my bear one time and it was awkward because one has such
heaving bazooms and they they sort of fly about when you you you're having something done on the neck on the front not your breasts obviously but you know the necklace i think i'd had some facial or something and then i had to roll over and it it's very difficult to roll over in gainly fashion one can only turn like a beached whale breasts falling around do you see and i i worry about things like that because i'm a filmmaker and i think of myself as an actress and of course these people you know they're not editing the film after it'll be stuck in their memory about your swinging orbs and your discomfort on the masseuse chair so i was actually really
grateful and we had champagne and half a bottle each now my medication means i can't drink nearly as much as i used to be able to drink but it's rather wonderful because what happens is basically i can drink half as much but probably actually more quarter as much but i feel the same effects as if i've had four times more so i was quite googly gaggly on the way home on route home and then i got home and i couldn't get over the pudding i was just in my brain so you know sort of delirious lusting after the triple chocolate and hoping i would never forget its wonder and um and i had a cup of coffee to keep me awake because it was only 6 p.m i'd
been home an hour or so already anyway i fell asleep i fell asleep for two hours and then woke up and of course the by then the heartburn darlings the heartburn the reflux oh my word so um you know i was...
