Leigh and Victor Leite are Managing Partners at Twenty Five Eight Capital, focusing on acquisitions and project management of large multi-family properties. Additionally, they run a high-volume fix and flip business, LV Realty, and have flipped more than 140 homes within the past 3 years.
They have also developed a personal portfolio of rentals consisting of single-family homes and small apartment buildings in Hampton Roads, Virginia. Victor oversees the construction and renovations and runs his own in-house contracting team. Leigh focuses on financials, underwriting, and asset management. Leigh and Victor Leite reside in Virginia Beach, Virginia with their two children, Lillian and Xander. Along with their passion for real estate, Leigh and Victor are both Physician Associates and have spent the last 11 years practicing medicine in the Mid Atlantic region.
