Jason Yarusi is an active Real Estate Syndicator and Investor. In 2016 he founded Yarusi Holdings, a multifamily investment firm currently with over 850 units totaling over $75M in real estate. The firm repositions properties through operational efficiencies, moderate to extensive renovations, and complete rebranding. Jason also hosts "The Jason and Pili Project" a Youtube Channel and The "Multifamily Live". His monthly Multifamily Meetup has amassed over 2500 members. Jason and his wife, Pili, co-authored the book Fit Rich Life providing tactical advice one can do in 15 minutes a less a day to change the course of your life for the positive.
Pili is a loving mom and wife whose goal is to “lead with aloha” by example. Pili is the cofounder and operator of Yarusi Holdings LLC with her husband Jason. She runs the Investor and Client Relations branches of both Yarusi Holdings and Multifamily Live.
