Jeff Greenberg, Jeff is the CEO of Synergetic Investment Group, LLC (SIG). For the past 12 years, he has managed all aspects of commercial real estate ownership including acquisitions, operations, value add, dispositions, and investor relations. SIG currently focuses’ on helping high net worth individuals, passively invest with best in class Commercial Deal Syndicators, and invest in Commercial Real Estate. SIG uses its extensive experience to help investors determine the overall merits of the investment opportunity.
Jeff has run REI meetups since 2005 and more currently the MultiFamilyMasters-Ventura Chapter. He has been a featured speaker on over 35 podcasts including 3 times on BestEver and BiggerPockets. He is also active on Clubhouse and moderates rooms on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

E-Myth. - If people wanted to be JUST like you, what is the first actionable thing they could do to follow in your footsteps?
Network. Find other people that are doing what they're doing and find somebody that's a little bit further ahead of them than they are. - What small thing/s do most people not know about you?
I road bike. I tried to get 70 miles a week on my road bike. - How do you like to unwind and restore your own creative juices?
Take my dog for a walk or play with my grandkids. I sit on my hot tub for a while. - Is there something special that you do?
Hawaii.
