Today's guest is Ruben Greth! We are honored to have him on the show. We explore how truly broad the real estate investing world is. Ruben has a popular podcast about raising money for multifamily syndication called the Capital Raiser Show where he learns from the best multifamily syndicators in the country. He is a Capital Manager for Bakerson and does marketing, brand awareness, and capital raising for the company that has syndicated and gone full cycle on 850 units in AZ. He started by raising 650K of joint venture money from social media to buy small multifamily deals in Phoenix during the 2008 real estate crash. Since starting the show he has raised an additional $575,000 through Co-GP’s and is building an LP database of investors.
