Having a kid at home during COVID-19, a full-time W-2 job, and attending events and constant networking with people could not slow them down! At the time of this podcast recording, they are under contract on an apartment building in the Midwest, a 41 unit (their first syndication). Their growth trajectory is unreal and after around a year of sustained effort, they have manifested success in a big way! It was a real pleasure to be able to sit with them and talk with them. Mauricio is a residential Real Estate Agent in Southern California with 7 years of experience. His wife Princess is an Industrial Engineer with expertise in Business Planning. They started learning about Real Estate Investing in March 2019, by July of the same year, they had decided to commit 100% of their time, resources & efforts to REI. Since then, Mauricio has traveled throughout the US building a solid network of professionals who are actively looking for their next investment.

• What book has had the biggest impact on you and why? 
  The Miracle Equation by Hal Elrod, gives you the affirmation that you can do things just by being consistent with the things you do every day.
  
  
• If people wanted to be JUST like you, what is the first actionable thing they could do to follow in your footsteps? 
  Mauricio: Start educating yourself with podcasts and books. Gotta start somewhere. 
  Princess: Setting the goal. Education plus setting a goal will get you there.
  
  
• What small thing do most people not know about you? 
  Fridays are our date night.
  We like to party (responsibly, of course)!
  
  
• How do you like to unwind and restore your own creative juices? 
  Have a wine night, almost every night.
  
  
• Is there something special that you and your spouse like to do together? 
  Spending time with our daughter.
  We used to travel before COVID, waiting to do that again.
