Today, we're with John Stigmon. 

John is a masterful teacher and storyteller of what it means to lead purpose driven organizations and lives. 

He was the VP of Operations at Swensen's, an ice cream company with over 300 locations. From there, he led marketing at Circle K before joining Ben and Jerry's as their Managing Director of Retail Operations. He also launched a start-up, Frozen Fusion Franchise that he'll tell you about. 

His passion for economic development and entrepreneurism led him to roles supporting The Hopi Tribe Economic Development Corporation & the Economic Collaborative of N. Arizona. 

Today, we are the beneficiary of his wealth of experience and perspective as he shares how leaders can begin to align their businesses with purpose, make choices using intuitive leadership, and integrate their personal and professional selves for greater happiness.
