In this episode, we're looking at our choice around diversity, inclusivity, and equity (DEI) in our businesses & how to tend to the needs of our employees during times of high change and chaos.
We'll explore ways in which we might address the core needs of employees to feel engaged, understood, respected, and inspired.
My caveat? This podcast is from my experience and voice. I come to you in the only way I know; as a white middle aged woman of privilege who has a desire to help businesses contribute sustainable change and a better world.
