In this interview, I am the guest on Laura Wagenecht's popular IN AWE radio program on WPVM 103.7. 

IN AWE exists to bring awareness to all aspects of leadership as a woman: climbing the ladder to success, sexism, racism, agism, being the only woman in the room, trying to be superwoman and parent children and work full-time, women’s bias against other women, women in the military, and women in a variety of industries.  

I'm honored to share my story and lessons learned along the way; some of which are specific to being a white woman born in the United States in the early 70's and evolving as executive in the 90's, and some of which are gleaned from my work with thousands of high performers in their own pursuit of achievement, wellness, and a life well lived.
