We've all been feeling the heat this summer. Heat warnings seem to be popping up, off and on every few days. How, as a country can we better handle these extreme weather events? Ian Mauro is the executive director of the Prairie Climate Centre at the University of Winnipeg and he offered up some answers while chatting with Daryl McIntyre.
